Great! We have used Burt's in the past. A few days ago we had hundreds of baby ants bless us with their presence. We called Burt's and they got us in a few days later on a Saturday. We both work out of town so they were very accommodating in getting us in quickly and during the days we could be home. Since it was raining, they did the inside and they will be back to do the outside soon. The office staff is always very nice to work with as well which is a warm welcome to how some business' treat their customers these days. We will use Burt's again and you should too!

Techs were very professional and did a good job of explaining what they would be doing and what they needed us to do to prepare for the treatment. The company maintained an open line of communication, calling us a day or two before each treatment as a courtesy and also calling the day of to make sure we were ready. The normal process required two treatments a week apart with a 30 day guarantee. We did have to call them out for a third treatment as we still found a few bugs in one of the bedrooms but this was likely because of our house being over 3k square foot and built in 1900 (lots of places for critters to hide). They were very responsive when called and immediately scheduled the extra treatment without hesitation.

Within a few days of our initial call to Burt's, Doug, the owner, was promptly at our home for our scheduled termite evaluation. Doug checked out where we saw the termites swarm days earlier, identified our collected termite specimen, investigated the perimeter of the foundation, and crawled into the crawl space for further evaluation of termite presence and damage. This was all part of the free estimate. He was professional and courteous, and answered my many questions with clarity. He even sprayed for some wasps that were giving us trouble by the front door.
On the day of termite treatment, Doug arrived precisely on time. The treatment was carried out exactly as described, and again, he answered my many questions graciously. After hearing that we also had trouble with ants living in our mailbox, even though he was all packed up and ready to leave, he got the spray equipment back out and treated the mailbox.
It's only been a few days since treatment, but our mailbox is ant free, our door wasp free, no sign of termite activity, and we were very pleased with their service. If you want professional, friendly, straight-forward service, I would highly recommend Burt's.

A very peasant visit by a knowledgeable and honest and generous provider. We requested an inspection, which with travel time probably cost him a couple hours of his time and effort. He found nothing and charged nothing. We also used him several years ago to treat for carpenter ants, and we were pleased with his work.

I love Burts! They usually don't have Saturday hours but had another customer that wanted to do a Saturday so they fit us both in.

Great! No issues at all. Company Rep went above and beyond to ensure entire house would be free of any and all insects. Treated unfinished basement, first floor and second floor of our old farmhouse. Exterior treated included entire circumference of house, porch ceilings, eaves, gables and soffits. Also treated exterior of large garage and workshop. No mess!

Job was done very well. Doug was extremely courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. The problem we were having with bees in the house did not present any reasons as to why we had them and where they were coming from. Doug was very patient as he went around the outside of our home to inspect for openings where these bees could be entering the house. Although the house was sealed very well, Doug persisted and eventually was able to locate a very small entrance where the bees were entering the house. He then placed poison in the hole which has eliminated the problem. I was very impressed with his approach and the time that he took to help us find the problem.
