Andy Rager Plumbing

Andy, the owner came out himself and gave an estimate for purchase and installation of new water softener in house not originally plumbed for soft water.. Very knowledgeable on product line and friendly. Got the feeling he was very honest and was not trying to blow smoke. Pricing was very competitive. When I called Andy to let him know he had the job he said he would check with plumbing supply house to make sure softener was in and call us back. He called back short time later and told us he could fit us in and would confirm time. Again, he called back as he said he would and showed up when he said he would. As soon as he arrived, Andy and his helper came out of the truck working. No messing around. Very quick and quality work. Lines straight, mess cleaned up, etc. Very polite to kids and explained to them what he was doing as he worked. They completed the job and called me at work to let me know they were finished and bill was left on table. Bill was exactly the amount he quoted. I have dealt with various contractors over the years and my requirements are basic: show up when you say you are going to and charge what you said. Andy met all requirements and would recommend him to anyone.
