True Vinyl Fence Deck and Railing

I so appreciate Thad's attention to detail, quality of work, and availability for questions. He and Cory did a fantastic job on the fence installation. We are very happy with the final result and have received many compliments on how good it looks. I highly recommend True Vinyl if you're looking for a job well done.

The owner was very unprofessional to the point of calling and berating me while drunk at 9 pm on a Saturday. At that point, I asked to just receive a refund of which he threatened to sue me and take the materials, which was illegal and not in his contract. He then after my wife smoothed it over eventually showed up to do the job and bad the entire install. He put line posts where end posts should go and did not even bury one post, but instead screwed it to my house. He left off a line post cap and never backfilled any of his post holes. Basically did the bare minimum to get paid. He signed our contract saying he would come back and fix these things but keeps putting us off and has made no attempt to do anything but continue to lie and avoid us altogether. If you pay him do not expect to see him again. I highly recommend everyone look elsewhere for their fencing needs.
