The experience was great. He is right there. You call and they come out. We had a questions about the sump pump, and he came out to take care of it immediately. He actually replaced something and didn't charge us. Something wasn't working on the sump pump quite right. By that point, he had found a better part, so he replaced it at no charge. They have done a lot for us. I haven't priced anybody else.

It went really well. I was worried about the installation process. They were very concerned about keeping my house clean during the whole process. They brought in the new heater on a dolly which was also wearing booties just like the guys! They put a "diaper" on the old heater when removing it to prevent leakage through the house. The whole process took about 2-3 hours. They were efficient and courteous. (I had used Whitinger before and this is their new company name.)
