I had tried to find a local contractor to do the work on my home but no one returned my call. Dax drove from Indianapolis, IN to Mount Vernon, KY and did a walk through of the house taking pictures and notes. He left to head back to Indy and the next day called with an estimate. We agreed on a price and he drove back to KY on the following day. In his contract he put that the work would be done to the customers satisfaction and stated that the price quoted is the price I would pay; he doesn't raise the price if the job takes longer than anticipated or if he needed more supplies. The job took 2 days longer than anticipated and, true to his word, he didn't raise the price. He even did a few things that weren't on the contract. Dax, and his 2 employees he brought with him, were very polite, worked very hard (12 hour days or longer), and they showed me tips on some do-it-yourself projects. I will definately call them again!
