It was perfect. He answered my call in a timely fashion, arrived on time, completed the work efficiently and well. He even noticed another job I was working on myself and gave me some tips on how to do a tricky part better. (For free!)

Our old garage door opener quit. RGM came out to repair the opener but the main gear was broken. I was told that it would be a week before he could get a new opener installed. I told him that would be fine. Before he left he fixed the garage door so it could be opened and closed manually. He returned, with the new opener, when he said he would, got it installed quickly. Cleaned up all the mess and before he left adjusted our other garage door, without an additional charge.
