"This deck replacement was not a straight forward job. The original deck was built over 40 years ago by my husband. It overlooks a deep ravine and the sides of the slope are very slippery this time of year. The crew went to work and in no time the original deck was removed and they started on the supports for the new deck. We now have a beautiful and very sturdy deck which will probably outlast the two of us. We love this deck! Great people who know what they are doing!! Highly recommend Green Shield!!"

An under deck rain water drainage system was incorporated to keep the area underneath dry. All persons working on the project were extremely nice. "We live in an older home, built in 1947. After much research we decided to make the switch from regular paint to the newer, more permanent coating style of paint. We selected Hoosier Permanent Coatings as our supplier  last October---and weather turned against us before  we could get the job completed last year. Hoosier Permanent Coatings, held our price for 2014 and stayed in touch with us as the weather began to warm in the spring (this year) to get us on the schedule at a time that was convenient for us. In addition we had significant window repair and replacement being done (by another contractor) that had to be coordinated along with the painting job. In short I cannot say enough good things about Hoosier Permanent Coatings (HPC) and particularly their Office Manager, Rosemary. While I was having serious challenges with the window contractor, HPC was with us every step of the way. When it finally became time for them to do their job---they arrived on time, worked extremely long days, all with great care, and did the most beautiful job!  Rosemary communicated regularly regarding what would happen each day...and that's exactly what happened. Their crew supervisor (I forget his name)--was terrific as well. Very respectful and professional. Everyone of the crew was thoughtful and courteous. A manager came by the job each day--to be sure I was satisfied and to see if I had any additional questions.

"David and 1 of his workers were kind enough to come to my home to fix my sliding door so it would slide on a Sunday morning. They were back to replace the door on Monday. They were on time, efficient and even replaced the wood facing because the new door didn't fit exactly the same as the old door. I will definitely have them do my next job which hopefully won't be an emergency like the first job. While they were here, I also asked them to hang my Christmas lights and fix my flag stone path. They were efficient and affordable. I highly recommend them."
