Mike came out and repaired extensive water damage to siding, and custom fabricated a 2x3 collection box to replace the small gutter, fitting perfectly into the doorway alcove like an awning, along with new downspout routing.  Looks wonderful and should solve all my problems. He also pointed out a problem with how a portion of roofing wasn't properly flashed and set to a higher side of house, and replaced flashing.  Great job,  nice guy - was fun helping him out with some of the wood repair.  I'll be having him back in a month or two to do some additional work.

I'd been in contact with Mike since the fall, but we decided to wait until spring to look at the gutters and make an estimate. Once Mike visited and looked at the gutters he said what I suspected, my gutter were well beyond repair. His quote was the least expensive, but he seemed to be the most knowledgeable of all the other companies who made quotes. He answered all my questions in detail. Once the work was started they made no delays in getting the job done. The gutters look fantastic and his crew was great. I would have no hesitation to call him again. He exceeded my expectations.

He was very good communicator, discussed everything with me prior to reaching an agreement about what he is going to do and did what he said he was going to do. Everything is working fine.

Mike gave me a very low estimate, and was a little late responding to my call. I thought I needed cracks repaired in 3 leaking downspouts, but he explained the leaks were because the old brackets were no longer securely attaching the downspouts to the house. The sections of the downspouts had become loosened and the gaps were causing the leaks. He showed up on time to do the work. The cost of the downspout brackets was more than he'd expected, but he provided me the invoice for the supplies, so I could see that he was charging me what he paid. In the middle of the work he found he had to replace one of the downspouts which was cracked beyond repair, so that added extra cost, but again he showed me the invoice with his cost. He worked several hours in 90 degree heat to get the job done. After he was done, he showed me how the downspouts were very firmly fastened. His labor charge was very reasonable, even a little low. I found him to be a very hard worker, very honest and the work was good quality. Since very few people work on copper gutters, I will definitely use him again.
