Auto Service
Had the vehicle towed to Martin after it died on the road. They diagnosed the problem fairly quickly and were careful to explain why the part we had replaced ourselves a few months back wasn't of sufficient quality to do the job. The repair they did was successful and cost less than I expected.
I grade the responsiveness a B because they usually aren't good about calling to inform of a vehicle ready to be picked up or to give estimates, but if you are willing to pick up the phone and call them instead, they are always friendly and helpful, and it is well-worth the effort.

The service was excellent. Initially, we had a specific time to pick it up. The individual who does the renting was late. When she arrived, the owner gave us a better deal and accomodated our wait time. We felt very satisfied with the service overall and were very pleased.
