They are very obliging. They are a dream group of people.

One section they did not replace with a drop spout, which is what was original in place. Instead they open dead-ended it against the newly installed roof. Obviously, it malfunctioned and backed up over flashing, etc. and entered the attic crawl space. We were not aware of what was going on until a leak developed through our paneled living room ceiling over 7 weeks ago. We immediately contacted Midtown. They determined the cause but they couldn't get L&B out to look at it until a large section of the living room ceiling fell in. They also did not install the gutter helmet initially. It took another month to get them out to do that. Bob Woods of MidTown is taking care of all my repairs, and he said he would then hassle it out with L&B insurance company who has only offered a token amount. I can't say enough good words about MidTown, or enough bad words about L&B. When they were installing the gutters they were very unprofessional in their interactions.

We recently added an addition on the back of our home and when complete, we had to install new gutters. We had L & B provide a quote and after receiving their pricing we decided to replace the gutters around the entire home. We have a two story residence and their team of installers arrived around noon and were done by 4:00. One crew removed all the gutters from the home while the other crew measured and prepared the new gutters for installation. One person was designated to clean the area and pick up the nails, etc., from the yard. The plants were well protected and no debris was left when the job was done. The gutters look great.

The personnel at L&B who I dealt with were very courteous. They came out for an estimate when they said they would, and performed the work in a timely manner. They did a great job; all the debris was picked up and the guttering looks great!

They were on time. There was one problem that needed to be solved, but they came out right away to fix it.

Poor. No one returned calls. The owner told me the crew would be there, and they weren't. They put up patched gutters, where before they were seamless.

VERY NICE. DID WHAT HE SAID THEY WOULD DO.

THEY HAD TO COME BACK TO GET THINGS FIXED BUT THEY DID COME OUT AND MAKE IT RIGHT.

EXCELLENT WORK. ON TIME, GOOD WORKMANSHIP. PLEASANT. THE ONLY REASON I GAVE THEM A ''B'' FOR RESPONSIVENESS IS THAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO COME ONE DAY AND THEY DIDN'T CALL AND TELL US THAT THEY'D RESCHEDULED TILL LATER. BUT ON THE RESCHEDULE DAY, THEY SHOWED UP PROMPTLY AND COMPLETED THE WORK IN A TIMELY FASHION.

THEY WERE RIGHT ON TIME AND DID A GREAT JOB. THEY DID 91 FT OF GUTTER GUARDS AND REMOVAL OF 30 FT OF GUTTER.

OVERALL THIS COMPANY WAS GOOD TO WORK WITH. HOWEVER, I GAVE THEM A C ON PUNCTUALITY BECAUSE I WAS SCHEDULED TO BE THE FIRST JOB OF THE DAY (8 AM START). AFTER WAITING UNTIL ABOUT 11:00 AM I CALLED THE COMPANY ONLY TO FIND OUT THEY HAD RESCHEDULED THE INSTALLATION TIME WITHOUT CONTACTING ME.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. I CALLED SEVERAL COMPANIES ALL OF WHOM DID NOT HAVE 5 INCH, ONLY 6 INCH. L & B GUTTERING HAS BOTH SIZES. THE WORKERS WERE POLITE, FOCUSED, VERY POLITE AND REMAINED FOCUSED ON THEIR WORK UNTIL IT WAS COMPLETED.

THE WORK WAS UNBELIEVABLE. THEY ARE A TOP NOTCH COMPANY. THE GUTTERS WERE REPLACED WITH LARGER ONES THEN I HAD IN THE PAST. IN SOME PLACES IT DID NOT LOOK RIGHT, SO THEY CAME OUT AND REPLACED ALL THE GUTTERS WITH DIFFERENT ONES AT NO CHARGE TO ME.

THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE AND SEEM TO CARE DEEPLY ABOUT THE CUSTOMER.

ALL COMPNIES WERE IN SAME LONE AND THESE GUYS RESPONDED QUICKLY AND CAME BACK AND REPLACED THE OUTLET PART OF THE DOWNSPOUT WITH NO PROBLEMS. GREAT JOB.

BEST PRICE AND QUICKEST TO GET SCHEDULED. BARB, THE SALES PERSON, IS GREAT TO DEAL WITH FOR SETTING UP SCHEDULING. THEY WERE VERY CLEAN AND DID A GREAT JOB.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY WERE FLEXIBLE WITH MY SCHEDULE--I NEEDED THEM TO COME BEFORE THE PAINTERS, SO THEY PUT ME FIRST ON THE LIST. THEIR PRICE WAS COMPETITIVE.

CLEANED UP WELL AND HAD A FAIR PRICE

FIRST OF ALL, THEY KEPT SAYING THAT THEY WERE GOING TO COME DO THE WORK, AND WOULD NEVER SHOW UP. IT TOOK WEEKS TO ACTUALLY GET THE WORK DONE. THEY PUT THE GUTTERS IN THE WRONG PLACES AFTER I TOLD THEM WHERE I WANTED THEM TO GO. THEN THE GUTTERS LEAKED. THEY SAID THEY WOULD HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE WEATHER TO GET WARM TO LOCATE THE LEAKS. IT IS SPRING, AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO COME BACK. THEY ARE NOT RETURNING MY CALLS.

WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE, THEY CAME OUT PROMPTLY CLEANED THE GUTTERS AT A RESONABLE COST.
