He did an awesome job! He came out even after closing time, when they didn’t really have an opening till Monday, & he made sure everything was taken care of in a timely manner. Very professional & I am very pleased with his job so well done!

They were prompt and got here when they said they would. They did what they said they would. They are nice people and helped me out like they said they would.

They are nice and if I have questions to ask they are great in answering them.

I use them about every 2 or 3 years. They are here when they say they will be and they do what they say they're going to do.

They did a good job. The guy that comes to do it is a nice guy and they were on time when they told me they'd be here. I've used them several times.

They did a great job. It ended up costing a little more because we had more than a 1,000 gallon tank that needed pumped, but I knew that was possible going into it since the lady who scheduled my appointment told me that up front. They also gave me some information about replacing the sump pump which I greatly appreciated. Very relieved to have all of this taken care of before the holidays!

I called at  9:40am   and they were here and done by  10:40am.  I have used AA SEPTIC service  since 1986.  They are family owned and they are ALWAYS pleasant and prompt.  Good people to deal with.  I'm  thankful for their service.

Found AA septic here on Angie's List. Needed tank cleaned out. They arrived right on time for appointment. They were courteous and friendly as well as professional. They got the job done quickly and thoroughly.

They broke the top access cover and left it that way I had to make a wooden cover.

When we called to find out about getting our septic system cleaned out, the receptionist was very professional. She told us exactly what the cost would be for the basic service. She also explained special conditions and what the cost would be for those. They asked when we would like for them to come and worked around our schedule. On the day of the appointment, the serviceman arrived promptly. They were courteous and professional and completed the job quickly. We were very pleased with their service and will definitely use them again in the future.

They were able to finish the job of pumping out the septic tank in approximately thirty minutes to an hour and on time. Overall excellent work.

The office staff was very knowledgeable about price, service, etc... something that the others companies I called were not. I was able to schedule an appointment with them right away, they called to let me know they were on the way and arrived very promptly. The service tech was helpful and knowledgeable and very friendly. We are new to the area and never had a septic system before, so I was picking his brain a lot. Will certainly keep their name and number as well as refer others to them.

We just purchased a home and wanted to get the septic tank pumped out.  I called to schedule about a week before the service date.  The office was very quick to return calls.  They called about 30min before arriving.  Took about 30min total.  Very friendly and professional.  No problems and will use in the future.

Great. Recently moved into a new home, we had no idea where the septic tank access was (the tank inspection, prior to purchase, was conducted in our absence). So I called AA Septic, who had previously performed the inspection, and asked that they come out to locate the tank, pump it, and provide a tutorial for its maintenance. Kristin (super helpful) was able to locate the prior report (from April 2009) and coordinated for service the same day. Two professional, clean-cut, friendly guys arrived within 2 hours on the perhaps the hottest day of the year. They explained everything in terms that I understood. Total cost was $225, which is standard for pumping of a septic tank of our size. We will definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

Went great! They arrived on time, found the tank without any trouble. Final bill was exact as estimate. They did a great job of answering my questions and explaining how the process works and how the septic system works.

I called AA in the morning and they were out that afternoon! Our drains were running slow and backing up a little bit. We weren't sure exactly what the problem was but hadn't had our septic pumped since we moved in 4 years ago so hoped this would solve it. They charged a little extra to dig out the tank lid. It only took them 30 minutes start to finish - they hardly spent any time pumping. He told me we only had a 300 gallon tank, but they charge $225 up to 1,000 gallons. For us it seemed a little pricey, but for anyone with a 1,000 gallon tank, I think their prices are more than reasonable. A good experience all around - my drains are flushing fine now - all I'm worried about!
