Receptionist was very helpful and scheduled appt right away. She gave cost estimate without my asking. I was given call half an hour before technician arrived as promised. I asked technician if I should continue getting service every other year. He confirmed that our family size was smaller and then advised that based on what he saw we could go 3-4 years instead. I appreciated his integrity.
