About us
We are a fairly new start up business. We have been operating for a little over a year. We have three employees. Two out in the field and one doing all the office work. All work that is bid on is performed by in-house employees. We do not subcontract work to other companies. We do hold all licensing and insurance to perform all heating and air conditioning instulation and servicing needs in most counties in the state of Indiana. A regular hours service call is $50. An after hours service call is $90. A one-time fall/spring tune and clean is $60. If you sign up for a yearly service plan that is $100. If you sign up for the yearly service plan that includes the following 24r service, 15% discount on all parts and services, a preferred customer list, which gives you quicker service times. New furnance and isntallation are job specific and can be quoted on a free estimate basis. Anyone that found me on Angie's list gets a 10% discount on their first service call.
