On June 8th I took my carpet cleaner in to be repaired. When I dropped it off I was told it would take approximately a week to have it repaired. June 17th I called and was told the part had been ordered and should be in any day and they would call me. I called again on June 23rd and was told the same thing -the part was on order and should be in any day and they would call me. On June 26th I went into the store and they told me the part was on backorder and should be in any day and they would call me. I asked for the number of the warranty department for the manufacturer of my carpet cleaner. After talking to the manufacturer I found out that Vacuum Authority had ordered a case of parts and the case had been shipped on June 16 to their warehouse, but they couldn't find it in their warehouse. When I asked to talk to the service technician, I was told he was on a job, but they would have him call me. A couple hours later a sales person from Vacuum Authority called - the warehouse had located the parts and she put a priority on my carpet cleaner which would be ready for pickup on June 29th.

I bought my vacuum online and I had only used it twice. It kept saying the bag wasn’t working after I had changed it several times. They asked what filter I had been using and it was a S7260 Cat and Dog filter. It has a carbon filter to help with the odor. They gave me a new filter and some new bags. They told me if that didn't work to bring it back. Unfortunatly, it was still not working properly, so I brought it back. They said this was a good machine and it should not perform this way. They assured me that they would help me solve the problem. They cleaned up the vacuum and it has been working properly ever since. They advised me it wasn’t anything you did and the vacuum just stopped working properly on its own.
