We took our RV over to get annual maintenance done. While it was over there we had three awnings installed over all slides. They also repaired small stuff covered under warranty.

For all three of the RVs, the service department was below par. They repeatedly lied to us, or tried to make us settle for interior replacement products. If there was ever work needed under warranty, or changed under the purchase agreement, it could take up to a year for the work to actually get done.
We keep thinking the service would get better, but with all three new motor homes the experience has been exactly the same and we only go up there if we absolutely have to.
