Printing - Copies
They did not let us know that they could not print them in store until we went to pick them up. We were then told they would have to be done by their large print shop (because their card cutter was having issues), and that we would have them Sunday. They did not arrive Sunday or Monday. On Tuesday, they said sorry we will be able to print them here, just not on gloss card stock as ordered. Fine, we had already promised the cards as a gift, which was now two days late. Yet they were not done Tuesday as promised, and when I tried to pick them up Wednesday they still had not been made. I waited over an hour in store for only 50 of the 250 cards ordered, they were poor quality, with lines of white on the edges of what should've been an all black card, and the designs were no where near their original center.
