Petsmart - Clarksville

I took my cat to be groomed and after 4 hours, he wasn't dry. We took him home half wet. The price wasn't that bad. They did what had to be done.

The length of time the dogs are there is too long. It is usually at least 6 hours.

Not very well. Very unaccommodating to me. My pet was bathed, but the only grooming they would do was his eyebrows. They wanted to charge me $40 for bathing and grooming. I understand that this may be the going rate for grooming and bathing, but given the dog is under 10 pounds, I was a first time client, and felt like I was asking just a little too much, that is a lot of money. I didn't feel very accommodated.

Pet Smart employees are very patient and helpful. Angel hates to get her nails clipped and I think the girl cried along with Angel. They wanted to keep both Angel (48 lbs) and Scooter (9 lbs). The items we bought for the guine pig was just what JoJo wanted. She was quite content with her surroundings. She lived in it for eight years. The prices are reasonable (by no means the cheapest) but the store is clean and the animal area is very sterile.

Hilary is fantastic! She is very careful with my dog and he always comes out handsome and smiling. I would highly recommend asking for Hilary if you go to this location.

They are excellent. The prices are wonderful. They are superb. We are so happy with them.

I spent about $45 for their services. I wouldn't use them again because they didn't cut the nail on my dog and it ended up being infected. So, we are not going back there.

They do an excellent job on the bath. They are very efficient, they do a good job and really like the pets. The dog really loves to go there and they do an excellent job. Really, they are pretty reasonable.

I like their attitude when you bring the dogs in and the fact that they keep track of the rabies vaccination. I like the way they treat the animals and they always praise my dogs. They listen to you about how you want them groomed, how you want their hair cut and take the time to explain different things to you. They are very good and I think their prices are really reasonable. I can get the dogs in almost anytime and they are also open at night.
