Did a great job cleaning soiled and pet stained carpets at a small house. The job took 3 hours and cost under $300. Very impressed with the service. The tech was on time, professional and worked hard to get the job done. I would recommend to anyone and would use again in a heartbeat.

I called needing work preformed as soon as possible. They were able to get me scheduled after what would have been "regular" hours for other companies. The technician was also the franchise owner. He explained the process (as I was not familiar with the company) and then got started right away. He was so thorough and the carpets all looked amazing. He got out years of grime and dirt. Very happy with OxiFresh and Brandon was great to work with. Will definitely use him again!

Brandon called like they said he would and asked if he could come a little early. That was great for me. He is very polite and professional. The carpets look great and I am very happy with the service. The stains and dirt are gone. I will definitely use OxiFresh again.

Brandon did a wonderful job--thorough, professional, and careful.
The carpet he cleaned started with a VERY dirty strip and even some damage in a few other places. but I was hoping to keep it a little while longer if it could be made to look at least decent. It took Brandon only about 1.5 hours to drastically improve its appearance. The change is really striking--and the equipment wasn't even noisy!
I am totally pleased. Hiring Oxy Fresh was a great decision.

The provider called 20 minutes before arriving to let me know he was on the way, and he even offered to bring me a cup of coffee. He arrived on time, examined the carpets to be cleaned, and told me how long it would take. He was very professional. He moved some small pieces of furniture and replaced them before he left. When he finished, he left me a bottle of spot cleaner.

Brandon the technician did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. He was great and the Oxi Fresh process is a lot better than conventional carpet cleaning. He did not string a long hose into our home that was attached to his van. Everything was mobile and even the vacuum and scrubbers were either handheld or supported by a backpack system. Will use them in the future.

This was a the absolute best professional carpet cleaning I have ever gotten. The owner did the work himself & spent over 4 hours to insure that he got all the dirt & stains out of my carpet & chairs. The stairs that were cleaned were filthy & he cleaned one easy chair that had not been cleaned since its purchase 12 years ago. The chair is actually several shades lighter since being cleaned. The Oxi Cleaner vendor was very clean, neat, polite & respectful. I could not have asked for a better job. Thanks to Oxi Clean.

. Oxi Fresh did an amazing job on our carpet. The technician was very professional and thoughtful. After evaluating my floors, he was able to come up with a game plan to remove my high traffic stains as well as pet and paint stains awe have accumulated over the last few months. It took a few hours to do 3 rooms and a set of stairs (which came out looking like new again). The carpet took no longer than an hour for it to completely dry after he left. The carpet looks almost as good as the day it was installed. I couldn't be happier with the results.

Brandon was on time and dressed professionally. He squeezed me into an already busy schedule after I told him the time constraint I was in. The vehicle and equipment are exactly what you would expect from a top quality company. Brandon introduced himself and went straight to work. He spent what I would consider extra time to be sure that no trace of the contaminants were left behind. He made sure I was completely satisfied before breaking down his equipment. He relayed messages from a neighbor and other contractors while I ran an errand! I can't say enough good things about this service, and how nice it is to have trust worthy people work at your home. They will definitely be recommended to friends and family.

My carpets were a mess. It's how we get into the house from the garage so you can imagine that it's a very high traffic area that can get very dirty. I had just finished doing some renovations to the room and my carpets were in a real need of being cleaned. Brandon was very professional. He was on time and very polite. He explained what he was going to do and gave me a time frame of how long the whole process would take and was able to stick to it. Afterwards my carpets looked brand new and didn't have a harsh chemical smell like other cleaners leave. I will definitely be using Oxi Fresh any time I need my carpets cleaned.

The service was excellent. He showed up on time and was able to remove the urine smell from the carpet in our home. Our dog had an accident previously. He used special tools to detect where the carpet needed the most attention. He even removed a marker stain on the other side of the room (which was not part of the original job) at no charge. I am very happy with the service we received and will definitely call him again. I was home alone with my 2 children when he arrived. Sometimes it makes me nervous when I have people come over when my husband isn't home but he was very professional and never made us feel uncomfortable. The vehicle he arrived in was clean and well taken care of, as was he.
Overall, I was very impressed with the service I received. First and foremost, the job he came to do was done. Our carpet smells brand new again. The price was the best i've found as was the service.
