Landers said the job would take 4 days to complete; however it took over 14 days to complete the job. They also lied to me. He told me they had two crews, and get the work done in 4 days. They didn’t even put the roof on home. They subcontract the roof to someone else. They hired some nice Hispanic subcontractor, but they only had one roofer on site. The rest of the crew were goffers     Mr. Landers said he would come check on the home every day, but never did. He also ran off the crew, and then he promised a new crew. They lost half a day of work. The worst part when  was I made mistake of full amount when the roof was complete. Mr. Landers didn’t pay the roofers. It was terrible, they screwed the subcontractors, and they were very nice people. Now I have a disgruntled roofers upset at me because he did not pay them. I also had to take days off work to deal with the situation.   The roof was supposed to be all 35 dimensional shingles, and was not. Lander is basically a scam artist. He did not pay his subcontractor because they did not have proper paper work. I was lead to believe that the roofers were his crew, and they were not.
