Appliance Sale
The service department and warranty department do not stand by their word given at time of purchase. You have to fight with many different people and still not receive work on warrantied appliances. The sales people lie and lead on warranty sales that do not exist. The sales people are also the nicest people you would ever meet until the sale is final. When it's final they want to have nothing to do with you and do not back up the products they have sold. We purchased a front loader washer and have serviced it 5 + times and it is still not fixed, they refuse to give us a different one. Our laptop was purchased with an expensive warranty because the sales man said it was an "no-hassle" accident warranty and if they were unable to service in store then we would receive a new one with no hassle at that time. It needs serviced and they have no idea what warranty we are talking about. We were told it was up to HP to service and would be at least 6 weeks serviced, when we can not do that due to using it for online schooling.
