They ended up having to come back and replace the washer because it was bad. They were very nice and informative. The salesperson was very nice and explained it. Her mother actually owned the same washer and dryer so she knew more about it than most people. They were very helpful when I kept having problems. I could not get the washer to balance. If they see me in the store today, they ask if the washer is okay. They have been very pleasant to deal with. The price was good because I had a coupon. I bought the washer and the dryer was free.

THE GUY THAT CAME OVER WAS GREAT. HE HAD TO WAIT FOR THE PART TO ARRIVE SO THAT HE COULD FIX IT, BUT OVERALL HE WAS REALLY FRIENDLY. WE ALSO TALKED WHILE HE WAS WORKING AND HE TOLD ME SOME TRICKS ABOUT MY COMPUTER.
