THEY WERE A MORE FAMILIAR TYPE OF A COMPANY, NOT PRESTIGIOUS. IT WAS VERY QUICK, THEY LOOKED AT THE COMPUTER TO SEE IF THEY COULD DO ANYTHING BEFORE THEY CHARGED US. THEY WENT OVER WITH US WHAT NEEDED TO HAPPEN. IT'S BEEN WORKING FINE EVER SINCE. IT WAS A WONDERFUL RELIEF.
