 + -1 moreTHEY WERE A MORE FAMILIAR TYPE OF A COMPANY, NOT PRESTIGIOUS. IT WAS VERY QUICK, THEY LOOKED AT THE COMPUTER TO SEE IF THEY COULD DO ANYTHING BEFORE THEY CHARGED US. THEY WENT OVER WITH US WHAT NEEDED TO HAPPEN. IT'S BEEN WORKING FINE EVER SINCE. IT WAS A WONDERFUL RELIEF.
Description of Work: THEY UPGRADED THE MEMORY AND REMOVED A MEMORY STICK THAT WAS BAD. THE COMPUTER HAD CRASHED, AND THEY RETRIEVED OUR PICTURES, FILES, AND DOCUMENTS THAT WE HAD.
