Workers worked until sun went down. They were fast, courteous and cleaned everything up well by providing own dumpster to haul items away. Also Churchill's pricing was incredible and I'm very happy...
After full completion I had a leak. The owner came by with his whole roofing staff to inspect (3 huge trucks lined my street). They walked the roof and discovered it wasn't the roof (thank God), it was my very old window upstairs on 3rd floor needed to be replaced. I loved the fact how responsive the owner was to bring his whole team, just in-case it was a fault
of the roof, but again, it wasn't, and after 2 years so far I have no issues with the roof...
Later for the siding (2014) I discovered a bottom shingle is not hooked to the clipping like it should be. I didn't realize this until a thunderstorm came thru; plus, I do not get outside very much (I'm not disabled, just lazy mostly :) ) I have a warranty so I will give Churchill a call and will update this review after that.
All in all, was satisfied with my service. Primarily because Andy (Rep) was very accommodating and not pushy and annoying like the other roofing companies who I interviewed who used A Lot of "Scared" tactics which caused stress. Although I wouldn't want to go through this life event again - just bc it's very task oriented - :), Churchill made it real easy to deal with... And Yes, I would recommend them!
Workers were punctual, detailed in their work and cleaned the area - . The manager (Pei Deid) of the company and who managed the roofers was a great manager and also personable and ensured all details and followed through without any hassle. Good quality work and finished on time. Highly recommend this local company for roofing and will definitely use them again and have already referred them to others that needed a roof.
