Rentals - Cars
Everything about my encounter was horrible. When I went to rent a truck to move this summer, I had to wait for over 2 hours to be helped. The associate that helped me was gruff and not at all concerned with explaining different costs and services to go along with the moving truck. I called ahead and asked about return, and they said as long as the keys were in the return box by a certain time and the truck was parked in the lot it would be on time. However, I was charged for a WEEK LATE late fee, which took over a month to sort out. Then, after it had been sorted out, they continued to hound me with automated late charge phone calls for another month! Awful, awful experience. AVOID!
