I had a window completely busted. All its mechanics in it were dead. He came over and measured the windows nearly five times to rule out any differences. He ordered it and in a couple of days he received the order and put it in and no problem. Technically it was free. The insulation guy had broken a window and I had the owner had to pay for it. The total cost was about$300 for windows and labour. They are pretty good. He had a phone issue, he was off his phone. He was very knowledgeable about many things. He will be doing my sidings soon. I needed to put in a claim for the insurance so he gave me a quote for that, though the insurance would not do it. Instead of fixing the problem before it gets worse they want it to get it worse before they fix it. I would use him in the future.
