+ -1 moreThe fan on my my outside air conditioner unit stopped working and I suspected it was the fan capacitor. Based on a recommendation I called Purkey's and spoke to Tony and explained the situation to him. He said the the trip charge would be $140 plus parts. I agreed and he said he would here shortly. Tony arrived replaced the capacitor and gave me the bill. The charge for the capacitor part was billed at $172. There is no way that part cost that much. AT THE MOST that part should have cost me $50-$60 with their mark-up. I will never use Pukey's again if their parts are billed that outrageously.
