PRATER & SONS CONCRETE

Prater & Sons came out to give a quote on all areas. I actually called the morning they were coming to see if they could also power wash our driveway, in which they did. When I got home that day it was unbelievable on the difference in the front, it looked GREAT! Unfortunately the concrete overlay in the back around the pool deck didn't cooperate. However they called me immediately and explained the issue and concern and stopped and went to the front. When they came back the next day to finish it they even showed my husband what they saw in the back and he agreed to not proceed. While I'm disappointed on the outcome for the pool deck I'm thankful they called and stopped vs just doing what the work order said and potentially leaving us with a huge mess and issue. The front looks AMAZING! I didn't realize what a difference it would make.

Terrible.  They completed the project and there was NO difference. My walkways are just as slippery as they were before the treatment.   I have tried to call to ask if anything could be done or was it applied improperly or something and although they called me back once and stated that they would get back to me - I have not heard anything since.  I am very disappointed.

Update:  Connie called me and was very apologetic and sorry that I was disappointed.  They did refund the money for the anti-slip application.  I would use them again, just not the product.
