+ -1 moreLEFT MY ROOF UNPROTECTED FOR THREE DAY AFTER THEY TORE OFF MOST OF THE SHINGLES. POP-UP THUNDERSTORM CAME THROUGH THE THIRD EVENING AND WE HAD WATER COMING FROM EVERY CEILING THAT HADNT BEEN SHINGLED, DOORWAYS, VENTS, WINDOWS, ETC. WHEN HE BID FOR THE JOB HE SHOWED ME HIS INSURANCE COVERAGE. BUT IT MYSTERIOUSLY HAD LAPSED AFTER THIS OCCURANCE. HE HAD SOME OF HIS BUDDIES (ELECTRICIAN, DRYWALL, WATER RESTORATION)COME OUT TO TRY TO SOLVE MY PROBLEMS THEN LATER PUSHED THE RESTORATION FIRM TO HAVE ME PAY FOR IT ($6700) AND LET HIM REIMBURSE ME LATER. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I DIDNT HIRE ANYONE OF HIS BUDDIES TO DO THE NECESSARY WORK. THE $2400 THAT WE PAID WAS THE DOWNPAYMENT, OBVIOUSLY WE DIDNT PAY HIM ANYTHING FURTHER.
Description of Work: HIRED TO DO A ROOF TEAR-OFF DOWN TO DECKING AND INSTALLATION OF DEMENSIONAL SHINGLES.
