+ -1 moreHAD AGREED TO NOT TAKE HEAVY EQUIPMENT ON LAWN, BUT HE DID. CHIPPED DEBRIS INTO MULCH. MEMBER REQUESTED INVOICE, PROMISED BUT DID NOT DELIVERED. MEMBER INSISTED - HE OFFERED NOTES ON SCRATCH PAPER. MEMBER SAID SHE WOULD NOT MAKE PAYMENT WITHOUT TRUE INVOICE SO HE GOT ANGRY, BOUGHT A FORM AT A STORE AND GAVE IT TO HER. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
