Don removed and repaired several windows, replaced a damaged soffit, removed and replaced damaged wood trim with new composite material to avoid further rotting and damage. it went VERY well. we feel we got a tremendous value. One thing you need to realize about calling a small, owner operated company, though...you cannot expect them to answer every phone call and have someone out for an estimate the next day. if you want that, go with the bigger companies. Don is a local craftsman who does great work at a great price...not super cheap...but you get what you pay for. he has great attention to detail, and tons of experience, which is why we went with him. he also was more open to repairing our windows instead of replacing them. alot of contractors will recommend all new stuff right off the bat. not Don.

Contacted Don, leaving message for him to call me. No callback was ever received.
Description of Work: Had carpentry work done by Don several times in the past. All work was excellent. Needed estimate for more exterior work to be performed.

It went very well overall and we would use them again.
Description of Work: We had rotten wood that needed to be replaced on the side of the exterior of the house. He did all of the caulking as well.
