Don removed and repaired several windows, replaced a damaged soffit, removed and replaced damaged wood trim with new composite material to avoid further rotting and damage. it went VERY well. we feel we got a tremendous value. One thing you need to realize about calling a small, owner operated company, though...you cannot expect them to answer every phone call and have someone out for an estimate the next day. if you want that, go with the bigger companies. Don is a local craftsman who does great work at a great price...not super cheap...but you get what you pay for. he has great attention to detail, and tons of experience, which is why we went with him. he also was more open to repairing our windows instead of replacing them. alot of contractors will recommend all new stuff right off the bat. not Don.
