CURB APPEAL OUTDOOR SERVICES

I contacted Curb Appeal (Cicero, IN) by phone to bid on lawn care at my home. A manager/owner called me back and said he had looked at an aertial photo of my property on the Internet and gave me a bid of $40. The price seemed fair enough so I contracted for their services once a week, on Thursday. The next Tuesday the mowing crew showed up (2 days early) and quickly got to work. The crew did not complete the job. They only mowed where the large mower would fit, they did not mow the narrow strips between my house and the property line. The person operating the trimmer struck a vinyl boot on the gutter downspout and cut a hole in it. The crew left without informing me or apologizing. I called the Curb Appeal office and the receptionist apologized but did not offer any compensation or correction. Their careless work ended up costing me more time and money than it would have cost to do it myself.
