Todd did a great job - everything went perfectly! Todd was very flexible with scheduling the job and got it done very quickly without rushing anything. He also offered some "free advice" on a few other things he was asked while in the two locations. And as always, Todd was very nice. I find myself writing this review as I was looking up his info to give him a call for our next job (a problem with our gutters).

I had a decorative piece (a circular faux attic vent up in the highest peak of my 2-story house) fall off and take some of the siding out with it. This was on the west side of my house with storms coming soon so I really wanted this repaired ASAP before a bunch of rain got in there as well as wind ripping off more of my siding.
By the time I contacted Todd, it was too late in the afternoon for him to make a same-day visit mostly because the job required a 40' ladder and he didn't have one on him, but offered to come out the next day. At this point, I had already found somebody else who was able to make it out first thing in the morning so I told Todd that I was going to go with that other company but wished to keep him in my back pocket just in case. And it's a good thing I did! The other company came out and, despite me telling them that a 30' ladder wouldn't be good enough, they sent somebody out with a 28' ladder. The guy said his boss didn't mention anything to him about a 40' ladder otherwise he'd have brought one but couldn't get back out the same day because it was too far to go pick one up. The guy was nice but simply unable to perform the work.
At this point, I called Todd back up from Brinkers Handyman Services and asked if he was still able/willing to do the job for me. He had already loaded the 40' ladder just in case I called back. He was at my house within 3 hours and had his guys taking care of things - it was himself and two others. He said he even drove by the house earlier that morning just to eyeball the job.
Todd and his men did a great job fixing everything I requested. The decorative faux vent fell down because it wasn't nailed into any studs but these guys were able to get it back up in studs so it shouldn't fall down for another 40 years now. They also perfectly repaired all of my siding that came off as well as a couple other miscellaneous repairs (for free) while they were up there that I didn't know needed repairing.
The experience was so good that I'm now having them come back out for some additional work. All things said and done, this couldn't have gone any better unless they happened to have had a 40' ladder on the truck late yesterday afternoon - nothing they can be faulted for since they didn't hear from me until after 3:30pm that day for the first time.

The service was simply outstanding from start to finish.   
Todd, the owner, came to my home to go over the details of the storage unit a couple times over a 4 month period.    We had spent a few months researching the various backyard and storage unit commercial providers in the area.    Where all of those commercial providers units look very adequate, none of them had the quality of workmanship that a 'build from scratch' unit could provide.  We were most pleasantly surprised at the cost of Brinker's 'build from scratch' unit was hands down superior and came in at the same cost the mass produced units.  Todd brought in all the lumber and matched the siding and the shingles to my home keeping matching the style and appeal of my home.      
He started on a Monday and had 2-3 other people with him each day.  Everyone was clean cut and easy to talk to.  It took them a total of 3.5 work days to complete the project which included a last day modification we requested to add shelves which he made without hesitation.  At the end of the project he returned the extra lumber and material to the stores and gave us back a credit.   
We were so impressed by the workmanship that we have now contracted him to do some inside flooring for our laundry room.  
Todd, in simple, is a high integrity individual who does outstanding work.  

I've been dealing with this for 2 months so the original details are a little sketchy but here goes.  Unknown to us, the upstairs toilet had been leaking over time. Eventually the water came through the ceiling in the downstairs kitchen.  The plumber came out and cut a hole in the ceiling to see where the water was coming from.  The toilets closet bend was right there and the plywood floor was wet and a little moldy so it was obvious that was the problem.  The toilet was pulled and we had a mold remediation company come out and remove the mold flooring that was around the toilet.  Now we come to this contractor.  
Todd Brinker of Brinkers Handyman Services showed up 2 of them were there all day for the repairs.  They replaced the plywood flooring around the toilet about 36" x 40".  They then installed vinyl down over the old vinyl flooring without installing filler vinyl over the new bare sub floor they just installed so there it is obvious when you get down on your hands and knees that the floor is not even; you can feel the depression where the filler vinyl should have been installed.  They installed the quarter round in the bathroom and then caulked it.  The caulk job was to say the least horrible.  After they were finished with the upstairs they attempted to patch the drywall hole in the ceiling downstairs.  The patchwork was so bad.  They said that they needed to come back because that was the first coating but it was done improper because they tried to texture it before they even had the patch level with the existing drywall.  Worst attempt I have ever seen.
Todd Brinker seems to be a very nice person and I have asked him to come back to try and fix the drywall and the caulking (I will just live with the flooring).  He has come back one time and his attempt at the drywall is no better than the first attempt.  He did not even go upstairs to look at the caulking job.  I would like to think that he is probably very good at something but these two things he should not attempt again without proper training and supervision if he is going to charge for it.
I like Todd Brinker alot from the short time that I spent with him and would love to send him some different type jobs to see what he is capable of but I don't feel like going down this road again with him.

they showed up on time went right to work showed us pictures of before and after of duct work repair in crawl space. The work was great very satisfied would recommend to others.

I found Brinkers through Angie's List and couldn't have been more pleased. We needed a variety of things addressed in a hurry for a closing and Todd assessed and provided an accurate and reasonable quote very promptly. He was then able to secure the materials needed and complete the work right away. He kept in touch during the work with updates and even texted me some photos that day showing completed downspout repairs. We really had a great experience and look forward to using Brinkers again in the future.

Todd was very prompt and courteous after my initial phone call conversation.  He and Randy took time to explain different options for our siding repair and even spent some time looking for our discontinued siding.  In the end, we were very pleased with the work done and would definitely use them again.

Todd and Randy arrived when expected, were courteous and professional, provided high quality work for all that I requested, and were priced reasonably. I will certainly be calling on them again for other household projects.
