All Around Leak Detection

They did a good job. They no longer service our area and that is the problem. It held up and it was a very reasonable rate that he charged, much less than what their competitors charge. I was supposed to use them last year again to open and close the swimming pool because he had closed our swimming pool and it looked really great when it was reopened but he just does not service Greenwood anymore.

We were absolutely satisfied with their service, professionalism, quality, and price. I would to anyone that has a leak to call these guys before wasting a ton of time and money digging and looking yourself or calling out over priced plumbers.

Communication was good and work was done in a timely and quality fashion. Haven't had any problems with my water levels since the repair. Hopefully will not need to use them again, however, will absolutely use them again if we think we have another leak.

Spoke to Jeremy about 24 hours after leaving a message. We set a date for the detection/repair and he even told me about a coupon I could print for a $25.00 discount, bringing the price down to $250.00 (regardless of the leak location). That price was important because another company I found here on Angies List wanted 250.00 if the leak was in the liner but wanted 550.00 (yes, 550.00) if the leak was in the lines (and that was just for finding the leak)!!!
He arrived on time and spent about two hours looking for the leak. After checking the liner, he thought the problem was in the lines (as I suspected from the beginning because we had installed a higher hp pump at the beginning of the year) but finally discovered the leak was in the steps. He repaired the steps and guaranteed the work, stating he would return for free if it leaked again. Excellent work and great price.

It went well, as far as we know. It is tough to assess whether all the liner leaks have been fixed directly, since they are at the bottom of the pool and we don't examine that area directly ourselves. It has helped with the level of the water being consistent, which was the issue earlier in the year and over the winter months.

I did not do the negotiations with them, but they ended up doing the job. I was in the committee to look after the job. I am not sure how much they charged, but I was very happy with them. They were prompt and punctual. They were very professional as well. I would use them again.

I had an leak in my swimming pool return lines. They located the leak (it was under the cement where the pump and sand filter was located), dug out the concrete, fixed the busted pipe, and reassembled the pump, filter and other pool equipment. Stayed within the quoted price range even though the extent of work was probably more than what they thought - they needed to make three trips to my house to complete the work. Great job overall, I highly recommend them.

They were really nice and explained things. They came out twice and did not charge for follow up. They were able to temporarily fix the leak in the pool. He was able to do what we needed him to do.
