They were ok. They did not bring enough shrubbery. I only got one shrub for the front yard. Several of the plants (the coral bells) were so small that they put in did not pull through. I think this experience was mediocre when it came to the plants. The river rock installed was a clean job. Will probably need some other plants to replace those that did not recover, however, I will use someone else.

"I am sorry for your dissatisfaction with the plants. If there were issues with the plants and some did not survive due our installation, we will replace them at no additional cost. All of our designs are approved by the customers before installing, and a plant list is provided, to avoid this very type of situation. I was first quoted 600.00. When I told him the average price was $280.00 he agreed to come down to $300.00. My front door was left in a terrible state - white film all over the wooden door! It appears that the force of the water has taken off the finish on the door. Then he drove his heavy truck onto the grass to wash one side of house. LEFT LARGE TIRE TRACKS ON GRASS! He did not ask me if it was OK to drive his truck onto the grass. I would never recommend him to anyone. Am very dissatisfied!

"I believe you are mistaken and have reviewed the wrong company. We have received no complaints from any of our customers regarding powerwashing, and we do not use our trucks for powerwashing. We do not even park our vehicles in a customer's driveway without first requesting permission. Also, we have no record of performing a Powerwashing job for $300.00. If you are for sure that The Grounds Guys performed this service for you, then please contact me at 219-386-5318 and this will be resolved immediately."

These guys speak a loud game, and back it up with some high quality work. My yard was a jungle. I was about to take a flamethrower to it, seriously. The Grounds Guys came out, mowed, weeded, trimmed, and made my yard look better than it ever has since owning my home. The service was worth every penny. I hate yard work, and especially hate it in the summer. I have found my go to crew for summer work for sure. Thanks especially to Nate for taking the time to answer all my questions whenever I called. Super nice guy.
