Mark was a very polite individual who answered our questions without hesitation. (He was very knowledgeable!) He let us know that if there were any other problems that we should not hesitate to give him a call. When he came back in from the outside where it was wet, he had covers over his shoes to protect our carpeting. Within a day, we noticed that there were no more ants in our kitchen. It's been 5 days now, and still no ants.

I have used them for about 25 years. They are very good. I am allergic to bees and spiders, and when I discovered a hornet’s nest in my tree, he came out at 7 p.m. to take care of it. I refer them all the time.
