Before you hire them call me I have pictures of all the shit work they did looks like a two year old did the job. I have pictures 219 763 0941 paintings sucks trim was not right and floor cost me 1400.00 more because it needs underlayment payed extra because of the wrong paint and $700.00 to hang a barn door and put 4 holes in my wall did not measure right runs in the paint the corners are two tone not what they should be. You can come see there work ill welcome you to come to my house and see. Do not hire them rip off.

Did a great job while dealing with some very hot, humid weather.

We were very pleased with the whole experience. They came on time, cleaned everything up, they all were pleasant and got along well, polite and professional and did a great job. This is a real class operation from start to finish!

While I recommend this company (if you are able to look over their shoulders during the entire process), I had several issues with how they conduct business and their work ethic: We are not yet living in the home where the work was done. We trusted this company with the key and to clean up after themselves. They were paid in full at the final walkthrough, although some tasks either had not been completed, had to be re-done, or totally overlooked - for those things they promised to come back and rectify. However, some tasks still were not completed after they returned, even after I texted and expressly reminded them of what was yet to be completed: 1) all drapery/curtain rods were to be removed in the rooms that were painted by the company - one curtain rod was left hanging in one room; 2) they lost 2 cabinet door knobs after removing them to paint the cabinet doors; I was assured the knobs would be found - they were not; 3) my dining area was used to cut wood for one of the projects and saw dust was left all over the floor and on everything that was in the immediate area, including a television; they did not even clean up after themselves after cutting the wood inside my home (I did NOT notice this mess until after the job had wrapped); 4) a paint tray full of paint and the roller were left in a closet on the floor of one of the rooms; 5) one room had a spot that obviously was done very poorly; they promised to touch it up, but did not; 6) a sliding door closet track was to be filled-in and painted; on final walkthrough it had not been done; in the same room the closet shelving was to be removed; on final walkthrough it had not been done; 7) poor communication regarding the progress of the job as they went along; we had to constantly reach out to them to request a status. I paid this company in full in good faith that they would complete all work as promised - it did not happen.

this was not just a bathroom remodeling project it was a major remodeling project for many areas of our home we ended up paying them for the job in full even though the job was incomplete we we're emotionally at a point of no return with New Dynamics Construction many,many, many other things went wrong on this job.after being in our home for a month on what was supposed to be a 2 week job and the total incompetence of the owner we wanted them out of our house. We now have another contractor finishing what New Dynamics Construction was hired to do costing us thousands of dollars more. Joey this is steve, my turn. when i looked at the bathroom this morning they had put the cabinet that goes above the toilet over the sink. the towel bar that goes on the bathroom door was above the toilet and they were going to hang the mirror on the back of the door whe i explained to them the errors they replyed that's what joell told us to do, period. players reflect the attiude of their coaches and unfortunately the coach joell is inept and nothing more than a wanna be contractor. My wife and i are tired joey this is by far one of the worst experiences we've ever dealt with . It is no reflection on you or his workers it is a reflection on his ineptness. We are tired of being blamed for things because we answered incorrectly for example the cabinet above the toilet and how high it should above the toilet why should i even have been asked that simple contractor question which Google says is 24 inches. Joey the light switch in the bathroom is 30 years old and broken we told Joell it needed to be replaced he quoted it as an upstairs light switch mistakenly which was no big deal we figured he'd get it yet here we are. Joey joell and i also had a conversation about replacing ALL appliances in the kitchen as long as we came in under budget he said sure no problem we spent 12 hours picking out cheaper materials so we could these appendages ie a stove and refrigerator i even texted my realtor about the call. Yet when i texted him the other day about the appliances i got crickets, a verbal agreement is also binding. Joey my wife and i have no problem paying people what we owe them we also will not be ripped off by someone it's just not gonna happen. I feel bad that his payroll relies on this one job, we will not be guilted into paying for an unfinished job. Joey today whoever was working in our bathroom came and told me once the tub was finished the job was complete and joell would like payment today, i explained to him that joell would need talk to paula,when she came home she found the mirror barely clinging to the wall with the hole from the medicine cabinet never fixed, no fixtures in our bathroom sink etc. And yet according to joell he wanted paid for a finished job. We will pay when all have been met it's really that simple. It's unfortunate that Joell made such an egregious mistake on the electrical and decided to blame the home owner and it seems like we all lost money and very valuable time on that mistake. Anyway we look forward to ending our relationship with new dynamics construction as soon as the obligations are met.

Joell, Jesse and Michael did a great job installing my tile and painting my porch. They were on time and very professional. I would definitely call them again.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD. THEY WERE PROS.

They showed up on time, very courteous and did exactly what I ask them to do!
