Perfect paint match. Excellent and timely service. Great communication. Hope not to need this service again but this is the only place I would go,despite encouragement to use other services.
A deer and I met up a few years ago and a friend recommended John @ Arnel and once again...excellent repair and service.
Stacy is a great up-front person to facilitate all your dealings.

They are really friendly and really good and that's why I went back to them. When I had service done on my other vehicle, they took care of me with no problem and gave me a loaner car every time I took it in. They also cleaned my car up.

We told them that Sears said there was a draw against the battery of 2.5 amps and something was draining the battery. Arnell said they couldn't find anything wrong with it and sent us on our way. The vehicle had to be jumped several times before it was brought into the dealer so there was a definite problem, and now we had to worry about being stranded when it happened again. They should have gone through the process of elimination if they didn't get anything from their diagnosis rather than send a customer out in a car that was having problems and possibly leaving a Mother and her 2 infants stranded.

I bought the vehicle here. It's convenient, close to home and on my way in to work. I never have trouble with availability or wait time.

I thought they did a very good job. My car looked good as new and I was very excited. The paint job looked even better than before. It was all shiny and clean. The people that work here are very nice as well. They gave me a free rental car for 3 days and the work was done in 6 days. They called me when I could pick it up. They also cleaned the inside for me.

I thought this place did a good job in helping me pick out the right van for me. They seem to be very competitive with the price as well. All of the people there treat their customers very well. I guess you would say that they are consumer oriented. I was able to test drive the vehicle for the afternoon before I settled on the van.

IT WAS A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. THEY TREATED ME RIGHT. THEY GAVE ME A RIDE HOME WHILE THEY WORKED ON IT AND THEY GAVE ME A RIDE TO PICK IT UP ALSO. THEY WERE VERY NICE.

ARNELL CHRYSLER IS A VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. ALL OF THE PEOPLE I HAD TO DEAL WITH ACTED REALLY BUSINESS-LIKE, AND THE WORKERS WERE VERY HANDS-ON KIND OF GUYS.
