Went very well. Mr. Sisk is professional and knows what he's doing. The work took longer than anticipated but he did not charge me extra. My sumpit cover was old, crumbling and of unusual shape. He custom fit a cover for me at no extra charge. It was about $800 for the radon system and just under $200 for the new sump pump.
Description of Work: Installed a vent pipe depressurization/suction radon reduction system in from our sumpit to the outside, venting outside from the second floor. Our home was built in the 1970's so we could not use a sub-slab or sub-membrane depressurization method. Also installed a new sump pump 1/2 horsepower motor. Mr. Sisk was recommended to me by my home inspector.
