I used to be very satisfied with this Meineke when Zack was the manager. There is new management at this store and now I will not go back. I was given an estimate a few months back of about 475 to replace the intake gaskets on my sons car. When I went in to pay, the portion for the intake gasket replacement was 613.90. They also changed the oil put 2 tires on the front, and replaced the injector o rings, which were approved by me prior to work being done. They left the coolant resevoir cap off and coolant leaked into the engine compartment. The intake problem, I was assured, would take care of the check engine light. It came on one day later. Needless to say, I will be looking on the lists for a new mechanic. Horrib

They were very courteous. When I called they said to come right in. I didn't have to wait any time for them to start working on the car. They came and told me what they found. The only thing that needed replaced was the air filter. The coupon I had covered the oil change, so the only expense was for the air filter. The only things I would change is to have blinds over the window so the sun wasn't so hot coming into the waiting area, and to not have Jehovah's Witness magazines as the only reading material available.

Zack and the guys at Meineke are very professional with excellent communication with the customer. They towed my truck from my driveway to their shop, called me with an estimate within one day and had the repairs done the next business day. The final cost was about eighty dollars less than the estimate.
