They were very prompt in returning our call and even came out the same day to remove our stump. We were not at home when the stump was removed. When we got home there was a very shallow place where the roots had been ground. We could still see several roots that had not been ground up. The yard was a mess.. My husband who had worked 12 hrs is still outside trying to clean up the mess. I would not recommend anyone use this service. It looks like a job that was started and not completed. I looked in the mailbox for a receipt hoping it would say we will be back to finish the job. Unfortunately that was not the case. They didn't even bother to leave a receipt. If you decide to use this service I hope you have better results than we did. We have had two other stumps removed several years ago with a completely different experience. I couldn't remember the name of that company but I will definitely remember the name of this one.
