They are horrible, not reliable, and not professional. They would call me every month and inform me that my credit card is not going through. It’s a small company, we could not get cable internet, and have limited access too. We had some problem recently and they kept scrambling the channels. We called them and they did something. I don’t have much choice, so I will use them. I would advise people to stay away, as they are really not doing a good job. We have service problem in the area. The prices are good but at least once a day it goes out. Mostly it's after 5:00 when I can't call anybody. They are based in Charlstown, but they are in my area as well.
