Dr French and the staff ate friendly and knowledgable. They are great with my daughter who is 14 months old. They are usually pretty punctual but there have been a couple times where we have waited an hour past the appointment time before we saw the doctor. I think it is also worth noting that Dr French no longer does OB. The hospital website still lists him as an OB and his website discusses all his experience which is a little misleading.

I've had two appointments with Dr. French since switching over to him several months ago.  The lady that works his front office is an absolute gem!  My wait time there has been brief both times.  He is very matter-of-fact regarding diagnoses and what works and what doesn't, which I find refreshing and helpful. 
Dr. French is very accommodating.  I am in the military and in order to ensure that I am medically fit to be able to deploy overseas, the Army requires me to provide a physician?s assessment of any injuries or physical problems.  Dr. French was kind enough to have his office draft and send the appropriate paperwork to ensure these medical requirements were satisfied for me.  Dr. French?s military background contributes to his ability to help Soldier?s navigate the military medical bureaucracy.  If you are a service member, you will find Dr. French very professional and helpful.   
After telling my wife about how pleased I was with my first appointment with Dr. French, she switched over to him as well and has found him to be a great doc.  I often discount a report has all A's as lacking objectivity.  But I honestly can't think of an area in which Dr. French's practice is in any way deficient. 
Hands down, Dr. French is the best doc I've ever seen--no nonsense and great common sense.SAW

Dr. French is excellent. He does a very good job. He tells you like it is and doesn?t beat around the bush. He is very direct, accommodating and professional. I have been seeing him for maybe 10 years. He is a very good physician. I haven?t had any issues with him. If you want to get in immediately, then you can?t always do that. He has a little area in his office for children. When it comes to his punctuality, it depends on the person before me and that person might take longer. If my allergies are acting up, then he usually handles the problem. I haven?t had any problems with his billing and administration. I would definitely use his services in the future too.
