Allie's Specialized Cleaning

Good at first. Then quality slacked. Then punctuality and responsiveness slacked.

When they left my home was clean.

It went so well that I am now using Allie's weekly. The first cleaning person she sent over was not a good fit, but I felt comfortable communicating this to Allie and she found someone else for the next week. Things have been going smoothly since then.
I have had many housekeepers over the years and have had problems with every one of them. I was starting to feel resigned to never finding someone that I could trust and was dependable. I am not good at confrontation and have had people take advantage of me in the past. 
It is so good to have someone that I trust and that I know will show up when they're scheduled to. Thank you Allie!

I called on short notice, during Derby week, for those of you familiar with the Kentuckiana area during The Derby, you know my late calling was not helpful. Alas, I got lucky, and they had a cancelation on the very day I was hoping for! The lady arrived a few minutes early(didn't call first as promised) but that was fine with me. I hired them to clean walls, and baseboards in a room with heavy sooting on the walls. They did as good a job as possible without removing the paint, and she was very meek, and polite. The rate was exceptional, but I tipped the lady a bit extra. Overall a good service.

We usually have the same person, Rhiannon. If she can"t make it, there is an alternate person who comes, Debbie. They are both pleasant, honest, and thorough. Rhiannon has been coming for years. She is wonderful! 
Allie, is very responsive, is easily available, and pleasant to deal with.

The woman who cleaned was late arriving. Her vacuum broke and she didn't finish the vacuuming. The owner gave me a partial refund and was easy to work with. 

She has people working for her and they come every other week. I pay $90 a visit and I pay $180 a month.  They are very reliable.  As soon as they get here they call Allie to let her know they are here so that she knows that they made it on time.  They call before they leave so that she knows the time they left. They do all that I want done. She bills monthly and she bills in arrears so if there is a problem she clears up the problem or gives you a credit before you ever get billed.
