I'm a new homeowner and we had some strange things happening with the drains and sinks. I finally called Roto-Rooter. The woman who answered the phone was very pleasant and determined that a good old fashioned drain snaking should help my situation.
Danny and Clark arrived in the afternoon when I said I could be there. They listened and looked at all the plumbing oddities at my house. Danny quickly determined where the access point was on the outside of my house. It is, of course, under a giant maple tree. Upon removing the cap to the access point, Danny said, and quot;I might be here awhile because this is really grown over.and quot; He was wrong! He did all the work and was gone within the first hour. I was very please with the quality of work and I can already tell the sewer smell in my house is diminishing.
Danny and Clark will be requested the next time I need to clear roots from my pipes!
