Won a bid for a barn at the home show, talked with him at the home show and stated that i may change to a garage or dog kennel. he said no problem but when he came out he took $2500 for bids on these two other projects and has never followed through. This was in May of 2009 it is now October and yet no bids or other meetings. Asked for refund and they threaten to sue me for breach of contract and slander. I signed no contract. Thus to say no building has been built and they are trying to get me to take the shed that I already stated I do not want. He has the nerve to say it is on a trailer.
Description of Work: Asked for bids on two projects gave a good faith deposit of $2500.00

We have tried repeatedly to deliver and erect the barn that he successfully bid on and paid deposit for at the home show, or deliver unerected with compensation for cost of erection back to him, and expect him to pay the balance at that time. However he has refused to do so. We, as in previous years build a display barn at the Indianapolis Home Show. Each year we have accepted sealed bids for that barn. The high bidder would then receive that barn delivered and erected on their property. We have held this barn in our storage on our trailer since February of 2009 because he was having property line/permit issues. After several months, he informed us that he was not able to resolve these issues, therefore, did not want the barn and demanded his deposit back. We have a folder approx. 2 " thick with emails sent back and forth. There were also many phone calls made as well. Dusty Langley-Owner
