We were extremely pleased with the work that StraightA did. They are great communicators and kept us notified every step of the way. The workers were very neat and clean and went out of their way to cause as little disruption to our house. They always used tarps on the floors coming into the house and never made a mess.  We lived in the house during the entire project and never felt like it was a problem or that we were inconvenienced. We feel like they did a great job for a reasonable price with about as little disturbance as possible.  They are always on time and were never late for an appointment.  I also felt like we received good value for the money and they stuck to their estimate. The best part of working with StraightA is there were absolutely no surprises, everything went as planned and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

After having the initial leak repaired, we received several bids for the bathroom remodel.  Straight A Builders bid was in the ballpark with the other bids and the estimator, Len, seemed to have the best vision for how we wanted the end result to look.  Len arrived on time to look at the project and spent time discussing the options.  Within a couple of days, we received their bid.  After accepting their bid, they recommended several vendors to pick out tile, fixtures, shower door, toilet, etc.  We found each of the vendors that they recommended to be very professional and helpful.  They each had a good selection to pick from and with a little guidance from Len, we were able to select products that fit the project and our budget.  They started demo on a Monday morning and arrived right on time.  In both the upstairs and downstairs, they draped all of our floors with drop cloths so that we didn't have a mess.  The demo was completed in one day and the total project took about two weeks.  The owner, Trent was very good at keeping us updated on the project.  We really like the fact that he communicated with us ahead of time when he planned on working and how long each step would take.  Since I prefer email, he seemed to go out of his way to communicate by email and always made sure we knew exactly what he was doing.  The vendors that he chose had all of the products on site at the right time and we didn't have any delays.  Since this turned out to be a bigger project than I had anticipated, I was happy that Trent and his team made the whole project so easy for us.  He really made sure we had as little disruption as possible and most of the time, we hardly knew they were working.  After every days work, they cleaned up the entire work area and left the parts of the house that they traveled through as clean as before they arrived.  They even cleaned up the outside area where they were cutting tile.  We have been extremely happy with Straight A Builders and the entire job that they have completed.  I have never worked with a builder that did such a good job of communicating with the customer.  They were always on top of the job and made sure everything that they did was to our liking.  This has turned out to be the easiest remodel that we have ever had done.  The end result is just beautiful. In particular, the tile work on the floor and in the shower turned out great and the drywall repairs were perfect.  I couldn't have asked for a better experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family or friends.  They were both professional and just a nice group to have in your home working.  I can easily see us having them work on the next project.
