I asked for Saturday Service and for a reasonable fee ($15) it was available.

Josh the technician was knowledgeable and good at what needed to be done.

My service took about an hour.

I am personally a licensed General Contractor in Chicago (high rise work only) with no Indiana subs.   I work with contractors daily and would highly recommend Hoosier Overdoors because of the service I received.

At my first contact they were a little lax in their contacting me. When we accepted their offer after three estimates, they were very easy to work with and very professional.

Called Reuben (Hoosier Overdoors) Friday afternoon close to 5:00 p.m. and left a message that my garage door opener needed replacing and that the cabling had snapped on the right side leaving the door partially opened and not quite closed all the way. Reuben called me the next morning and we discussed the situation again and he said he would dispatch his technician Carl as soon as he could pick up the parts.
Carl called to confirm and I asked him if he could also replace the weatherstripping on the sides and top of the garage door. He said that would not be a problem. When Carl arrived, he opened up the garage door allowing me to remove my vehicle. I ran a few errands, and by the time I got back, Carl was finishing up. He did a great job! He even went over all the features with me. Both Reuben and Carl were totally professional, courteous, and I would definitely recommend them and their services. Thanks again guys and I truly appreciate the fast turnaround on my project.

I called several places before hoosier door, they were the only ones who could come outthe same day. The repair guy was here within 4 hours of calling and was very courteous both my springs had to be replaced and my rivets broke off my panel and needed fixed. The entire job took about an hour. They checked over everything and cleaned up when finished. There price was cheaper than quotes i had from the several repair companies i called and couldn't make it the same day.

They were professional, prompt, and efficient, They made sure before leaving they cleaned up after themselves. I also want to note that they came out on a Saturday the weekend before christmas to install the door.

Called at 7 AM - they were at my door by 10 and done by 1030. Polite, fast, and fair.

Our experience with them was good. They did a good job and were very professional. They were the best that we could find. I would recommend them.

The garage door was not opening. We noticed one of the tension springs broke. I called in the late afternoon and I got an appointment for the next morning. The repair man, Bob, called us an hour before our appointment time and asked if we were available earlier so he stopped by. He has 16 years of experience and is very knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and gave some suggestions on maintenance and care for the garage door. He replaced both tension springs on a wooden garage door. Also, he inspected and lubed the parts on the door. Overall, the job was done in less than an hour. We were very pleased with his professionalism and prompt work. The springs were guaranteed for a year and the labor was guaranteed for 30 days. We recommend this company.

One of the cables to the garage door broke. I had dealt with Hoosier Overdoors before so I decided to give them a call. They gave me an appointment for the next day between 9:30 and 10:00. They didn't make it until 11:00, but did call to let me know they were running behind. When he arrived, the repairman quickly replaced the cables and serviced the door. I was very happy with how fast the job was accomplished. Even better, the price was extremely fair. The repairman was very professional.

I am satisfied with the work done. The broken spring was replaced and the moving parts were serviced. I like that my garage door now makes less noise and rolls smoothly.

THEY SHOWED UP THE DAY AFTER I CALLED. THE WORKERS ACTED LIKE THEY WERE PROFESSIONALS AND THEY WERE REALLY GOOD ABOUT CLEANING UP AFTER THEY FINISHED.

HOOSIER OVERDOORS DID A NICE JOB ON OUR DOOR. WE DIDN'T REALLY CALL ANYONE ELSE, SO IT'S HARD TO SAY IF THEY CHARGE A COMPARABLE PRICE. THEY WERE PROMPT AND GOT THE JOB DONE QUICKLY.

THEY WERE VERY QUICK TO RESPOND TO MY CALL, AND THEY WORKED HARD UNTIL THE JOB WAS COMPLETED. I WISH EVERYBODY COULD SEE THE BEAUTIFUL LOOKING JOB THAT THEY DID.
