Unlike Holder mattress, we were promptly greeted by the sales person, who took the time to explain each of the mattresses to us, and even when additional people could come in he was able to juggle multiple groups without any issues. We were very impressed with their customer service, and the mattress has been very comfortable so far!

Staff weren't pushy or like most furniture store sales people. Very helpful. Delivery fee was resonable. Hauled away old mattress and box springs, and setup new. Payment processing was slow. Processed my payment more than a week AFTER mattress/box springs were delivered. Said they would call with 2 hour window of delivery, which they did but not until after 10am on day of delivery.

All of my visits were at the Greenwood store on US 31. Met with Doug for about 45 minutes. Other customers in the store were not neglected - all were acknowledged and waited patiently. This was our third visit and purchase in three years. He looked up our previous sales and was willing to negotiate, offering returning customer discount and making good on previous pricing. He was very interested and wanting to work with us and being sure we purchased the correct product. He was concerned that the mattresses we selected were going to be too firm. There was absolutely no pressure to hurry and purchase. No fake deadlines or sales end this weekend type stuff as many other companies we experienced have.

I visited the store. I did not get the name of the man that waited on me but he was an older gentleman and seemed sorry that he had to spend time with me. He was very argumentative when I asked questions and very rude in answering the questions. I went down the street and bought elsewhere. Everyone has a bad day. I guess this was one of his.

Visited several mattress stores to gain exposure to all the different kinds. I liked the quality and pricing of the Bowles mattress the best. The manager at Long's took a lot of time with us explaining the various types of mattress construction and the high points of each. The mattress set was delivered right on time and the whole experience was painless.

It went very well. I definitely recommend this firm and their salesman Rusty. Very professional and no pressure. We looked on one day and purchased the next. His genuine caring for our needs was a big factor in our buying at that location.

We heard their commercials say that their mattresses were manufactured in Indiana so the money stays in Indiana. Their prices compared to other mattresses we had seen, they were very reasonable. The salesman was very knowledgeable, he spent a lot of time on us and actually lost a sale waiting on us. They had good quality furniture. The mattress arrived early and they delivered it on time. They came took the old bed and were done in ten minutes. They were amazing.

From browsing to purchasing, everything about this company was great! We had shopped around for mattresses within our budget and expectations at 4 other stores and by far the service we received here was the best. The salesmen we encountered was very helpful, answered all of our questions and didn't pressure us at all for the sale. After shopping around, we decided to take out business to Long's. The idea of purchasing a product from a local company with locally made mattresses is what really sold us. I have NEVER slept as well as I have on this mattress. They delivered the mattress really quickly and were very accommodating with the date and were able to deliver the mattress the same day we were moving. The deal we got as well for the mattress was amazing and we ended up finding a mattress that was under out budget (including a frame AND mattress pad). We are vey happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend this company!
