Our a/c unit went out yesterday on one of the hottest days of the year. 102 degrees. I called PDF Mechanical immediately, it was of course after 5 in the evening, but they answered asked the necessary questions and knew right away what was wrong. Tom the owner asked if he could call me back so he could try and locate a fan motor for my unit. Within 10 min. He called back to say he found one in another city but they were closing so he could' t get there tonight but promised to be at my home first thing in the morning. His son Luke was at my home early, got everything replaced and my a/c is up and running by10:30 a.m..I would recommend this company to anyone looking for honest, punctual and pleasant employees. As a female I sometimes feel like I'm being taken advantage of for my lack of knowledge about a problem, but with PDF I wasn't made to feel that way at all. Luke took his time and explained everything that he did.
