Set a date for work to be performed. Arrived about 1 hour late, but called to inform us that they would be late. Completed work in less time than expected. No mess was made and they were careful to clean up after themselves. They wore disposible booties over their work shoes. Provided excellent explanation of work to be performed. Balanced all the ceiling fans. We are very satisfied with the work.

It went really well. I had to wait a little while for them to get here because they were short on help, but other than that they were very good and did a good job.

They were very easy to work with. They are very open minded to your own ideas as a homeowner as well, which is what I really liked about them because I am very picky.
